All application fees:
- If the applicant is denied for not meeting criteria, the fee is nonrefundable. If the applicant doesn’t respond within 24 hours for additional information, the fee will not be refunded.
- If the application is not processed, the fee will be returned within 15 days.
- Applications will be processed in 1st come 1st approved.
- Units cannot be held for more than 10 days. Please check with the leasing agent for extenuating circumstances.
- All applicants must fill out a Pet Screening application regardless of if they have a pet. The process cannot move forward until that is completed. It is free to the applicant

For rentals above $1000/month:

Rents above $1000:
Minimum Credit Score: 600
Minimum Income: 3 times the rent amount
Rents Below $1000:
Minimum Credit Score: 550
Minimum Income: 2.5 times the rent amount
